Terms & Conditions – Mothers Day Mini Session
For Mothers Day Mini Sessions full payment is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable.
Mothers Day mini sessions includes a 30 minute outdoor session and 8 fully edited digital images, $150 credit toward framed prints and canvas’ for $330. Images will be sent via Dropbox within two weeks of images selected.
Additional images can be purchased for $30 per digital image, 5 additional for $120, 10 additional for $220 or the whole gallery for $500.
Sessions include immediate family only (grandparents welcome), Maternity or Mothers and their children.
All outdoor sessions must be taken at a location near Lugarno (within 10 kms).
Mothers Day Mini sessions are valid until December 2024. If your session is not used in 2024 the session can be used as credit toward a normal priced session.
Please give at least 48 hours notice if cancelling the session.
Weekend sessions are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please book your session as soon as possible. In the event of wet weather, your session will be rescheduled to another available day.
You will be provided with a private online gallery of images selected and edited by Marie Berroa Photography. The proofs are for online viewing only and cannot be downloaded or printed. The gallery will be open for 3 days from the time of posting.
Once digital images are selected, orders cannot be cancelled.
The wall art credit includes framed prints and canvas’ only. It can only be used for your Mothers Day mini Session.
The photographer does not supply unedited images. All images will be edited. Any client requests for additional retouching of images once they have already been edited, this will cost $50 per hour (minimum 1 hour).
Cameras and video recorders (including phone cameras) are not permitted during any session without permission.
The Client acknowledges that the Photographer may not retain photographic images for more than six months after the date of the photography and that copyright remains with the Photographer.
Please DO NOT COPY, save or reproduce photos of Marie Berroa Photography from Facebook, websites, or any other form of advertisement, without the prior written permission of Marie Berroa Photography. You may tag yourself in any photos shared by Marie Berroa Photography on Facebook and make the photo your profile picture on your personal page. However, you must keep the logo intact and not alter the photo in any way.
All images are copyrighted by Marie Berroa Photography. Marie Berroa Photography reserves the right to use all images for display, publication, advertisement or other purposes, including on Facebook and the website.
Marie Berroa Photography will carry out your session with due and professional diligence, but is not responsible for elements beyond her control including but not limited to: cancellation or rescheduling of your session due to illness; medical condition or parental responsibilities of Marie Berroa; faulty equipment; loss of, or damage to, images during transit to, or developing by, professional laboratories; loss or damage to images during processing; or adverse weather conditions which may prevent the undertaking or completion of the session. In this case the liability of Marie Berroa Photography is limited to a refund of any money paid under this contract.
